I use to work at Cooper's Hawk bloomingdale and I've been seeing a lot of people comment/review that they've been getting sick from the fish at Cooper's Hawk. I couldn't ever say anything to anyone as being an emplyee there. I couldn't stand watching people become sick and having to deal with sitting over the toilet all night or being rushed to the hospital so I'm posting this petition on behalf of all the people who've gotten sick because of the lack of management training. The excetive kitchen manager has the dishwashers count the fish along with other foods inside the dish room where all the dirty dishes and chemicals are kept. The other kitchen managers have told people to count it else where but the E.K.M. tells everyone to count it in the dish room he's purposely poisoning people. The HR department won't do anything about it they said he's a great manager."Cooper's Hawk" has already one pending fish outbreak lawsuit against them that happened in 2019 with over 150 people becoming sick you can literally Google it. I'm trying to stop people from getting sick and possibly dying. I'm asking until they terminate or retrain the executive kitchen manager of Bloomingdale "Cooper's Hawk" that people should stop eating there as you don't know what else could be infected or what they're doing to your food. To me this is more than about some personal issues with the management or workers there I never hated anyone there, I just can't stand neglect to safety for peoples lives and well being. 

My personal story: not many know this about me cuz I never told anyone but a handful including one of the kitchen managers at this location, but there was a day where my nephew and little sister came into eat at this location my nephew wanted to surprise me. I unfortunately didnt work that day but, my little sister had told them my nephew was highly allergic to fish as I am I later developed being allergic in my 20's. So my sister had told the server he was highly allergic and couldn't eat anything containing fish, the server assured her that she would let the kitchen manager know since that's protocol. So my nephew order chicken nuggets cuz by law we can't use to the same oil for fish and chicken well Cooper's Hawk "Bloomingdale" does I never told anyone that at all so he order Chicken tenders and fries. He didnt start breaking out right away but he started having hot flashes. My sister had asked and the server said that the chicken tenders where served in the same oil as they use to cook the fish with. Now in my opinion wouldn't you mention before someone orders? So my sister hand his epi pen so immediately gave him that. When I got the phone call from her a few hours later she had told me what happened I went to work the next day and I asked one of our kitchen managers who was the manager on duty at that time it happened it was the EKM. The man is poisoning people on purpose if your a Servsafe person or even a food safety expert you know just as well as I do that what he's doing isn't right. So I'm asking for signatures I'm asking for help from everyone please and thank you!
