Force Jeep to reanalyze their policy's to include recall service for remote locations.

In our Territory of Nunavut we are limited on the type of service we can get. When it comes to buying vehicles, we all know how difficult it is to bring in a new vehicle. Quite often we have to purchase second hand vehicles.
Chrysler does not have a dealership here in Nunavut. There are many problems with the 9-speed automatic transmission in 2013/2014/2015 Jeep Cherokee's, among other vehicles. A solution has been developed by Chrysler and there has been a factory recall for many of these vehicle's. Chrysler requires that you bring your vehicle into a Chrysler dealership in order to have these life threatening issues resolved. The nearest Chrysler dealership to Iqaluit is 3 1/2 hours by plane. It would cost upwards of $12,000 to ship our vehicles down to have them fixed at a "certified" Chrysler dealership.
Chrysler says that we have no other options. I disagree. We, as the consumers, can refuse to purchase vehicles from Chrysler until a solution is developed that enables people in Nunavut to have these safety issues fixed without incurring a cost of shipping down south and back. These issues affect our lives. They affect our debt. They affect our safety, and Chrysler refuses to figure out a way to provide a solution to people in our situation.
By signing this petition you are agreeing to boycott all Fiat-Chrysler vehicle purchases until they recognize that people in remote locations need special consideration, and that a solution must be developed for fixing factory recall's in remote locations.
