The majority of the area above Willard Bay Gardens is part of the Brigham Face WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA! This is a CRITICAL space for mule deer to winter, and be fed during their most vulnerable time. I'm against this idea for MANY reasons, but taking away PRIME wintering areas for our wildlife during the most critical time of their year is UNACCEPTABLE. There are plenty of areas you can get gravel, or make concrete... the places these animals (our public game) get their winter shelter is NOT the place.
