David Wilson Homes (DWH) wishes to create a road between their Doseley development and Lightmoor Village via 'The Bache' road on The Paddocks development of Lightmoor Village.

In doing so, all residents of the Doseley site will have access to our community facilities such as the 'Oak Tree Centre', the school, shop, parks, green spaces and any future amenities that Bournville Village Trust (BVT) provide. Lightmoor residents are legally required to pay a service charge for these amenities. Doseley residents do not and will have access to our facilities for free. 

BVT made a public promise to prevent DWH from gaining planning permission to do this (on Facebook, on the BVT website and in written letters to all residents).

This is a petition to show BVT and DWH that we DO NOT want this road open and to remind BVT to honour their promise to us as residents. Thus ensuring our village remains a local community driven place.
