Tell Bournemouth Council to stop playing music to force out the homeless

Bournemouth Council are playing loud bagpipe music at the Travel Interchange to drive the homeless away at night and prevent them from having a dry place to sleep.
The music is being played to stop the homeless sleeping at the station and therefore to try and 'scare' them away. I believe this goes against the morals of the majority of Bournemouth's residents.
At a time of year when the weather is becoming increasingly cold and wet Bournemouth Council should be finding a solution to help the homeless in our town, not to drive them away. Playing loud music at the interchange is in no way a solution as it will simply move the homeless people on to another area in the town.
Bournemouth Council have already closed a soup kitchen in the area and it seems that their solution to the homeless is to ignore them and drive them out of the area. By offering no support, I believe the issues the Council have with the homeless will only worsen. These people need our support, and not to be treated like wild animals, driven out of one area to the next.
Sign this petition to ask Bournemouth Council to stop playing the loud music and to find a real solution to homeless in Bournemouth, Thank you.
