Abusing Domestic Violence Advocates in Boulder County for Speaking Up - Abuse of Process

Abusing Domestic Violence Advocates in Boulder County for Speaking Up - Abuse of Process
The Issue
I believe that the judges in Boulder County do not like to be challenged and when they are challenged they use the judicial forces to punish those that challenge their judicial powers.
Below is the letter I wrote to Chief Justice in Boulder County:
Ingrid S. Bakke
20th Judicial District Chief Judge
Division: 13 - Courtroom G
Dear Chief Justice Ingrid Bakke,
I am writing you this letter to expose the unaccountable behavior of Magistrate Sangeetha Mallavarapu. I am hoping to have a transformative impact on the administration of justice for families mainly Domestic Violence Victims in our Boulder County Courts. I am proposing that someone in Boulder analyze the circumstances enabling the abuse of power against Domestic Violence Victims in Magistrate Sangeetha Mallavarapu court room.
What I see with victims of post separation abuse via the family courts is the justice system response to intimate partner violence in custody courts' failure to protect children when mothers allege the father is abusive. Family courts' errors in assessing adult and child abuse, and punitive responses to abuse allegations, have been widely documented.
A significant contributor to these errors is the pseudo-scientific theory of parental alienation (PA). Originally termed parental alienation syndrome (PAS), the theory suggests that when mothers allege that a child is not safe with the father, they are doing so illegitimately, to alienate the child from the father. PA labeling often results in dismissal of women's and children's reports of abuse, and sometimes trumps even expert child abuse evaluations. PAS was explicitly based on negative stereotypes of mothers and has been widely discredited. The term parental alienation – while treated as distinct – is still widely used in ways that are virtually identical to PAS. Nonetheless, because PA is nominally gender neutral (and not called a scientific syndrome), it continues to have substantial credibility in court.
I am dating a man since my divorce from my ex husband. Magistrate Sangeetha Mallavarapu has been assigned to his domestic case XXXX. I am not partied to that case I was not subpoena to participate in a PRE. Magistrate Sangeetha Mallavarapu ordered Dr Budd to conduct a PRE I was not named in a court order to be party to this PRE. The Dr was persistent without court orders to test me. I made my position very clear to the Dr by sending the Dr a Cease and Desist.
Section 14-10-127 (2) says "(2) In preparing the report concerning a child, the evaluator may consult any person who may have information about the child and the child's potential parenting arrangements ...".
It does not say that any person consulted by a PRE is obligated to provide the PRE with whatever information the PRE wants.
Magistrate Sangeetha Mallavarapu under the direction of Judge Nancy Salmone held a hearing without me present and I was not subpoenaed using the words of my ex husband who used his false narrative of my mental health my ex is not a doctor and I divorced him 10 years ago and have no contact with him. The result of the hearing yet to be written was that based on the information provided to Dr Budd without my permission not science that I must leave my primary residence because the information provided not by the state but by the ex. Than lets be clear this false narrative was used in Magistrate Sangeetha Mallavarapu court against me without allowing me to have a say in anything. Again this is not an isolated problem. Our children in Boulder continue to suffer because whistleblowers are clearly retaliated against and it seems to be a systemic problem that involves multiple agencies including law enforcement.
If the proper judicial proceedings were followed I would not be writing you this letter.
This shows the abuse of due process and bias and these judges must be held accountable.
