The KAZA-TFCA has arguably the biggest wildlife population especially of elephant in Africa. But cannot cull or freely move them because of restrictions imposed under CITES.

The countries are Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.  They are specifically referring to the Kavango and Zambezi river basins where they all converge.

This weekend they resolved to adopt a ”scientific” wildlife management plan in their national parks which will enable them to harvest or move wildlife without hindrance.
