This petition is not meant to pit current/former students against future students. USC must take the lead in providing resolutions.

When the decision was made to reduce the MSW program requirements from 60 credits to 42 credits, USC should have evaluated ways to restructure the program for current students who have not yet completed the requirements and compensate those who have surpassed the requirements/already graduated.

Such a settlement would provide former and current MSW students with comparable opportunities that future students will have as a result of less time, energy, and finances being put into their MSW. 

It would behoove USC to meet with students or publish a poll to determine what could be reasonable accommodations.
