Developers want to destroy the St. James African Orthodox Church building and its legacy at 50 Cedar Street in Roxbury. They want to tear it down to make condos. These condos will displace people from this neighborhood, and they will destroy history. This church is connected to Marcus Garvey and the Civil Rights movement, and they want to destroy that.
