33 out of the top 40 Universities in the U.S. (US NEWS) have a Women and Gender Studies major (or some variation of that). Right now, BC only offers gender studies as a minor despite the desire for and cultural significance of the major.
As a Jesuit university committed to inclusion, diversity, and education of the whole person, Boston College should offer women and gender studies as a major. Help us let the administration know!
