With a decision on BCH's Determination of Need (DoN) application for its $1 billion building expansion expected very soon, it's more important than ever to show the hospital and the public that we stand firm in our efforts to save Prouty Garden and will continue to do so even if the Massachusetts Department of Public Health approves the DoN. In this spirit, the FPG will hold a vigil in front of the hospital (300 Longwood Avenue) THIS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. We will have signs, buttons, postcards and plenty of energy on hand to engage the public. We need a strong showing, so please let us know if you can join us! You are welcome for all or part of the vigil. Please note that our usual vigil spot is under construction. Instead we plan to stand on the other side of the hospital entrance, in front of the sign. With all our signage, you can't miss us! Hope to see you there!
