The Borough of Roselle has a very large community cat population. It is extremely important that we start to TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vet-Release) to not only stop the overpopulation and prevent continual pregnancies and to also help prevent the spread of feline infectious diseases. With TNVR, not only are they spayed/neutered but they receive Rabies vaccines and distemper vaccines to keep them healthy. The higher-up’s in the town need to realize that by doing this, we can keep the cats we already have, happy and healthy and stop new kittens from being born in. Please help get this program started!
