On the 8th of July 2021, my brother Neil Wallace was struck and killed by a reckless motorcyclist as he walked across the road, police are currently investigating the circumstances. Sadly Neil died at the scene from suffering severe multiple injures. How Neil died is devastating and horrific and his passing has killed part of all who loved him too. Life will never be the same for us as a family. 

I am asking Hull city council to reduce the speed limit on Beverley high road and/or put a level crossing in place for Neil’s memory. 

Neil being killed has broken our hearts beyond repair as a family we are all devastated as are his fiancé and friends. Anything we do now will never bring him back but to action, this change will provide a small sense of justice for Neil and his life. 
Neil was a beautiful person both inside and out, he loved people and animals, he was a very kind soul who never hurt anyone in his life. 
Neil was just 43 years old when he got killed he had plans to start a new life abroad with his fiancé all of which has been taken away from him. Neil produced a lot of music in his spare time, he lived for his music it was his passion in life. He called himself surreal irony and went by the tag SAFE HOUSE LTE.

So let’s make a small part of the world a little safer for others in his honour and memory.
