Around the globe, more than 1.7 million people have died this year from COVID-19 to date. As the winter continues, we are observing a staggering rise in cases across numerous countries, leading to overcrowded hospitals and spikes in death rates worldwide. 

Luckily, science has proven that wearing a mask can help us conquer this pandemic. Studies have shown that even 80% of the population wearing masks regularly would do more to slow the spread of the virus than a lockdown would. However, due to misinformation and confusing messaging from our nations’ governing bodies, there seems to still be great resistance toward wearing masks in many parts of the world, albeit their efficacy. This has resulted in even more lockdowns, economic slowdowns, and widespread poverty and hunger. 

In response, we are creating a movement for people around the world to make a commitment to wearing masks for one month, in a showing of solidarity to each other in our global community, and we need your help.

SpeakHumanity is a self-funded team that is hyper-focused on correcting the course of a pandemic that has devastated the human race.  

We believe that if people around the world can come together by committing to mask up everyday for just one month, we will see a dramatically positive impact in the fight against the coronavirus.
