With the closure of shops, businesses and schools, the whole country is under locked down and the whole country is dealing with the unprecedented spread of #COVID19. As a nation we must come together to support each other and government must do more to give financial ease in these testing times. 

I propose we remove council tax for next 12 weeks and make utilities free for 3 months.
