A Mental health record takes my children right away and as such my ILR in this country will be revoked and I will then be deported due to a Sgt 2094 fabricated report which came after one of series of 101 calls I made relating what he said about been able to persive drug odours even if it was smoked 3 months earlier and that he knew one local individual who if connected to the family, he is very generous. 

Firstly, I have not reported nor have a mental health illness in my family history and issues that I have been facing and have reported to the Police are socio-economic issues. A Police/ Social service report is categorically stating that I have a mental health issue as if this is an established fact when this is clearly not the case, particularly, this is defamation of my character because the same Sgt 2094 showed up at my house after my complaint to IOPC to allege me of the same kind of antisocial behaviour and his reports has a lot of factual inaccuracies.

Secondly, is the historical domestic abuse the Social service report highlights, I do not believe one incidence we had in 2017 constitutes a history of abuse and feel going back to my concerns about the the Sgt 2094 report as iterated before - A clear cut discriminative witch-hunt

Based on this report a a trigger incidence and a community order would be the next action to section me in other to silence my case
