With the Covid-19 Pandemic clearly on the decline and normality slowly being restored please do not make masks/face coverings mandatory in shops. Throughout the worst of this crisis we have not been required to wear them so why now? The High St before Covid-19 was already struggling and just as it is beginning to get back on its feet a policy of mandatory face coverings will be the final nail in the coffin as people do not want to wear them. This will result in empty premises and more profits for the likes of Amazon etc, which in turn will lead to more unemployment. This is not popular and needs to be the choice of the individual or the choice of the shop.
