Our NHS staff and private sector health care workers need, not just ‘NHS’ lit up in lights on a building, nor just a round of applause! They need a pay rise! A decent pay rise, Chancellor of the exchequer Rishi Sunak said in parliament “we need to show all of our NHS staff how much we appreciate everything they do”, so I say put the money where your mouth is and pay them what they deserve!

i don’t know of anyone more deserving than these absolutely amazing people! Their working condition are not perfect, by any means. The risks they take, especially with the current situation with the Covid19 pandemic, which is immeasurable!

We, the below signed, believe each and every one of the staff that make up the NHS and all private sector health care workers, NEED & DESERVE a significant pay increase in recognition of the outstanding service they provide day after day. Give them what they deserve, and we’re sure you’ll find they won’t keep leaving the NHS like they have done over the last 10 years.
