I recently got a new neighbour who has a Bichon Frise  Dog. One night in November when putting up Christmas decorations I heard the dog crying. I thought at first he was just out for the toilet. Then an 2 hours later I was out again & heard the dog crying again. I decided to wrap my neighbours door & tell them that their dog is out the back in case they’ve forgotten. They weren’t home. 7 hours in total passed before they arrived home. I’ve witnessed this dog be left out all night. When I contacted my local council they said because the dog has a kennel there’s nothing we can do. Rain, sleet & snow the wee dog is left outside which isn’t good enough for any pet.

So I’ve decided enough is enough & hopefully with the power of other dog lovers we can do something about this wee dog & many others like him. I need 100,000 signatures before I can ask the Prime Minister to put forward a petition to bring a law in stopping dogs being left outside in the cold weather. A kennel outside isn’t a place for a small dog or any dog to spend its life. Let’s do this together & protect our Pets. Please sign this petition & make a difference for our furry friends. Thank you
