I would like to draw your attention again to British born Sikh Jagtar Singh Johal.

Still in prison after nearly 7mths.still there has been no formal charge.      

Kidnapped off the streets of India while out shopping. Thrown in jail, allegations of torture after which he was made to sign blank pieces of papers. He has attended 44 pleminery hearings. Still no formal charge. Do you think this is right. Can you really say you ,as a member of the government, have done enough to help this man.I have seen absolutely no media coverage of his story. Why?.Does this government care about it's citizens? It appears not.Im ashamed of my country and this government letting one of their own rot in jail. All I hear is ,we are following the case closely,.Don't let him become one of the thousands of Sikhs rotting in jail in India.

I would like to know what efforts have been made recently.
