On a Saturday night in November a neighbour decided to have an extremely loud firework display in their tiny garden surrounded by a housing estate in rural area they caused extreme distress to animals and locals they set the fireworks of every ten minutes for an hour keeping young children up making it difficult for their parents the people responsible just laughed when they were confronted.  the one point I would like to make is that on he debris retrieved after the event it says on packaging of the rockets that they need a 8 metre clearance from people watching this was a tiny garden with no such room having contacted the local council and trading standards it turns to as there is no law to make sure this happens nothing can be done unless somebody was hurt by flying pieces of burning wood or sharp plastic or other firework debris in housing estate nothing can be done please help by supporting this appeal as fireworks are still causing problems. The people concerned have no consideration to any body else in he area, also the law needs to be changed in this country to stop this happening and putting people at risk from harm and also causing extreme distress to pets and wild animals again please help me with this issue many thanks.
