We hear about human rights abuse everywhere but in the UK it is covered up by Safeguarding Boards and safeguarding organisations such as Care Council Wales and CQC and others safeguarding themselves , not those they are supposed to protect, aided and abetted by Social Services.
These organisations have a remit only to take information from those they are investigating which makes their existence superfluous.
Furthermore in cases of false abuse allegations against parents, doctors and social workers are immune to civil actions against them via a law laid down by Lord Phillips in 1987 appealed against but upheld in 2003 .
Whilst Terrorists have the right to come back and appeal, our children in mental health and autistic units and old people in care homes do not.
Whistleblowers are treated badly when reporting abuse whilst abusive carers are allowed to keep working and even after any action against them often turn up somewhere else and do it all over again and Care Organisations just change their name.
So to all those profiting from hurting the vulnerable and destroying lives you need to stop worrying about whistlebowers giving you a bad name and share prices going down - and instead to examine your consciences and worry about those who are in your care who are paying an exorbitant amount for your services
