THERE IS NO SAFEGUARDING - IT NEEDS  RADICAL CHANGE

We need to take it away from Local Authorities, NHS  CQC Care Council and other existing bodies and transfer it to a TRULY INDEPENDENT BODY using monies usually assigned to these organisations who are not fit for purpose.

Only then can we save our vulnerable people both young and old from the heinous treatment and abuse inflicted on them by Care Organisations who use them as CASH COWS both in daycare,  Autism and Mental Health units and Care Homes.

Until this happens Social Services will be able to take children away by forced adoption and fostering , false allegations (which they are allowed by law to do) and autistic children/adults to Mental Health units, where I am informed and believe they are too often treated badly, not protected, and even die. 

Even in the case of false allegations against parents and/or carers, the Judiciary have elected to give immunity to Doctors and Social Services.

THIS IS VITALLY IMPORTANT TO EVERYONE WITH A VULNERABLE PERSON  IN THEIR FAMILY
