Martyn Dillon started this petition to Boris Johnson (Prime Minister) and

Far too many pets suffer abuse and abandoned when a narcissistic unlicensed owner perceives a pet to offer no more value and becomes unimportant to the owner. what about what's most important to that sentient being (pet)? how would you feel in their situation? This is never an option or thought with someone with a narcissistic perception. from good business to good relationships, there is an offering of fair exchange and that creates gratitude. Both parties caring about what's most important to one another. pets are occupied way too easily and if something is gained with ease it will often be left with ease. make it so future pet owners have to show and properly understand the decision they're making to decrease the probability of all future pets being abused and abandoned. If someone is looking to buy a pet and isn't willing to go through the sacrifice to obtain what they value(a pet) then it obviously wasn't that important to them, proving it would not being taken seriously on the pets behalf. Having to pay and complete a course to obtain a licence would filter the future genuine pet owners that actually care about what's most important for their pets from the people that only care about most important to them, narcissists. Not just me but every pet that has ever suffered abuse, abandonment and eventually died is begging for your signature to improve the future and quality of life for all pets. we're asking for 20 seconds of your time to sign. If you're someone that's not willing to genuinely sign this petition then we don't want your signature.
