Thousands of cats get hit by cars every single day, not one driver is considerate enough to stop for them and get them help! This has caused so many cat deaths and life long injuries. The same way it’s a law to stop for dogs it should be the same for cats! You do not need to be a cat lover to have some humanity inside of you. These precious animals need to be protected, no one should have to stop their pet from enjoying the outdoors without having to worry constantly about the horrific ways some people drive.
