I would like to see the barrister charged for the crime that has be committed, the seal was only sun bathing and the dog charged over and mauled it. It took a day for the barrister to come forward leaving the scene of a crime after her dog was dangerously out of control in a public place but because she has made a donation to a seal charity the police have said that this matter will not go any further. 

a crime has been committed and I would like to see some justice for this poor animal not special treatment.
