Government to intervene with industry regulatory controls to restrict shipping lines from continually increasing prices and to provide advice/support to reduce port congestion.

• Provide container storage locations near ports to allow overflow of full and empty containers (rather than have containers sat on ships waiting to be unloaded)
• Implement measures to hold Shipping Lines to account rather than continually pass blame and charges on without clear simple reasons.
