PIP to those with chronic illness who don't already get it, automatically during covid-19

The Issue

To allow those who can not currently get PIP other welfare benefits through the current rules, to receive some level of PIP automatically if GP or NHS say they are in any risk group for for covid-19.

There are many people who have autoimmune disorders (crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis, lupus and many others) and other high risk groups for covid-19, who the DWP currently say do not qualify for any level of PIP through the current tick box application and assessment process. I would like parliament and the government to allow those people to get proof from their GP or other NHS professional of the condition and be automatically awarded at the minimum, the lowest level of PIP components on both sides daily living and mobility.
