The covid 19 pandemic took a toll on all frontline workers especially the health and social care sector where fighting this invisible enemy became I massive task ... a task that many were bit trained for ... but still every single health and social care worker (NHS and private) came together to form what we know as the "blue army". This pandemic is long from being over and our UK Government still expect full support from every drontline worker to enable the UK to keep open and profitable. Nurses are using food banks to survive, frontline health and social care workers are in burnout but yet we keep pushing forward for a more stable and healthy future. The Scottish and Welsh government gave a "covid bonus" to their health and social care staff as a little thankyou for risking there own lives aswell as their families, sacrificing there Wellbeing and time to ensure that each person accessing their services when in need, gets the treatment and compassion that they deserve. Our English government gave us a clap and then forgot about the sacrifices that each and everyone of us made. We want to be appreciated, we want recognition for the heartbreak, and we want more than a clap. So stand with the NHS and other health and social care workers and stand by your claps of support by signing this petition. We can hopefully get this in front of the UK Government and force them to listen to the frontline workers .... to the public ... and to the average person that they serve.

Imagine a world where healthcare changes, where more professionals join to ensure that each patient has the same experience and exits the services with satisfaction and a smile. Be the change that we need to increase pay to a livable standard and reflect the years of training each professional that holds your hand from the day your born to the day you take your last breath. Show them that you stand with them side by side and appreciate their dedication not only to you and your family, but that you appreciate their commitment to better health and a better way of living.
