Exclude VAT on climate-friendly products such as Solar Panels, Wind turbines, Heat Pumps, Insulation, Double Glazing, Energy Efficient white goods, Electric Vehicles...

Removing VAT would be simple to implement, there are already methods to exclude certain products. It would be in line with the goals of the Green Homes Grant which was scrapped in March 2021, because in the words of the MPs committee, it was “botched [in] implementation … the administration seems nothing short of disastrous".
