Dog theft needs to have tougher punishments - people can’t just attack and take dogs off owners - can’t break into people’s houses to steal people’s babies - if it was a child it’s called kidnap with a tough sentence - I want tougher sentences for dog napping. This has got to stop happening when you can’t walk the streets with your animals - when you can’t leave your home for fear that someone may come in and take your precious animals - tougher sentences now - people need to know there is a prison sentence not just a slap on the wrist and it needs sorting now.  Majority of the time people are getting there own animals back with the power of social media - the police need to take this crime serious and reprimand these criminals quickly for the scum that they are. It should be a pleasure owning and taking a dog out not a worry for every corner you take- I know there will be plenty of signatures to send to number 10 and that we demand this being sorted now not just on an agenda- so come on people sign now.
