This petition is to ask our Government to release the number of deaths that occur within 28 days of receiving the Covid Vaccine and insisting that the death certificate displays ‘Covid Vaccination’ along with the name of the provider. In the same way as the ‘Covid Test’ is measured.
This would enable us to monitor Deaths from Covid v Deaths from ‘Covid Vaccine’ using the same 28 day method. (Apologies if I sound insensitive here as every life lost is a tragedy regardless of cause).

I would like to provide us the people with the ability to measure the impact of the ‘Covid Vaccine’ by provider and for us the peopleto have access to the information. I am not a conspiracy theorist, I do however like to deal with clear and visible comparisons. If it is unacceptable to measure in this way then surely the current method needs revised.

Note: If the measuring techniques change for determining a Covid related death I would suggest the same conditions are met for determining ‘Covid Vaccine’ related deaths.
