We are long overdue the compulsory neuter and spay legislation of all cats.Theres a huge problem now that as a community, is affecting us all.Cats are literally everywhere. They are being dumped and seeking refuge in peoples gardens.They are on the streets.They are living on building sites and feral colonies that are not being neutered are just breeding out of control.People are breeding from strays.Its just continues.

The solution? Compulsory neuter and spay. Belgium has brought in this law for some time now and it's a message that's  top priority for animals.Theres suffering on a mass scale here.Why are we sitting back and doing nothing about this?If we dont enforce this,the UK is going to be like abroad with cats literally on every street.
