Child maintenance are not meant to be a company where they are biased. The loop holes in the system are putting peoples mental health and lively hoods at risk. Paying parents are being punished for wanting to do the right thing. Child maintenance are putting the paying percentage in poverty to pay the recipient. Its causing more destruction to already broken relationships and making relationships with the paying parties children impossible. Mental health is damaged because the CMS are getting away with treating people like rubbish. Yes parents should pay for their children, but not to the point where they are pushed to the brink of self destruction. Ex partners should not be able to use the CMS as a means of environmental abuse towards a father or a mother. This happens to both mothers and fathers. But the system definitely sides with the receiving party more. The CMS needs investigating lives are at risk with the stress and damage to peoples wellbeing. This has to stop NOW. yes some parents don't pay. But for the ones who do and always have should not be pushed into depression and not be able to afford to live and support current families because they pay the parent of a previous relationship. There are hundreds of stories from desperate broken people, calling out to Mps and CMS for help, and they are getting ignored. When did it become OK to use children as weapons. Stop alienation on paying fathers and mothers. Look into cases properly and stop allowing the CMS to be used as an attack at not residing parents There needs to be a support system in place for people who cannot emotionally deal with the CMS. PLEASE SIGH THIS. LIVES ARE AT RISK AND MENTAL WELLBEING IS BEING BROKEN. LETS CHANGE FOR THE GOOD.
