If Drivers run over a cat it should be reported just like a dog as cats are just as loved part of the family as Dogs are. 
I am a owner of 5 Beautiful Rescued Cats whom I love dearly as they are to me my children and they are part of the family and would do anything for them.

Many years ago 1 of my Cats “Bella” was run over and just left at the side of road I don’t know if she suffered or what. A kind neighbour brought her back in a box, it literally destroyed me not knowing what happened and if she suffered as there is currently no Law to Report a Cat. 

As the Law stands now Drivers can run over a Poor Cat (Somebody’s Baby) to Cat Lovers just like Dog Owners and just leave at the side of the road  but with a dog they have to stop and report usually taking to a vets or owner if available on Collar/Tag. Good Cat Owners Like me have all my cats Microchipped and some with Collars.

The Law Needs Changing so that Cats are treated exactly the same as Dogs if they are run over.  Why should there be any difference, it’s being Discriminatory towards Cats like they are Worthless and they CERTAINLY ARE NOT......  ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
