As a group of concerned parents and citizens of the 4j School District, the safety of our children is our paramount concern. We believe that a secure, nurturing environment is essential for our children's academic development and personal growth. 

This is a call to the school board of the 4j School District to begin planning along with the city of Eugene and the Eugene police department, together to create a program to improve youth service that will increase school safety.
