Kindly, lets petition Booking.com not to increase the taxation from the current 15% to 31% as they have already proposed and notified Kenyan property owners using their platform. To be sincere, all property owners pay rates to County Governments, thus introducing 16% tax on the same is like double taxation. The company should consider even lowering the 15% service charge to cushion the Kenyan entrepreneurs from the effects of covid-19 pandemic
