We are residents of Virginia Beach who are campaigning for better sidewalks or new sidewalks in Virginia Beach.  Specifically, we would like the city to rework the area south of Virginia Beach Boulevard, east of Constitution, West of Kentucky, and north of Bonney Road.  The streets have, very often, open drainage ditches that are hazardous to drivers and pedestrians alike.  My family and countless other families are frequently stuck inside our homes except for driving somewhere, because the sidewalks are either non existent, blocked, unsafe, covered in trees, or other debris.  The situation throughout the city is dire, but for now, we would like the City to do something to make our area better!
