I have come to find out that the limit of Dogs in my district is 2, I have three dogs two of which are therapy dogs, I think it is ridiculous that their are people telling us how many animals full grown adults are allowed to have. I believe that if you are able to prove that your dogs see a veterinarian on a regular basis, and that your dogs are housed correctly, well feed and taken care. That the amount of animals a person has should be up to that person! It should not be up to a police officer, now by all means if the animals are not well taken care of and do not see a veterinarian on a regular basis that yes by all means, an officer should be allowed to intervene. But to those pet parents  that take very good care of their pets, they should not be harassed by law enforcement officers who make it their job to make citizen's life miserable and tell them they have to re-home an animal that they have taken the time an effort into raising. Especially if said officer has breed discrimination against a certain breed. Like many officers out here in Joliet have.
