Judge Grischow has granted the named plaintiffs immediate relief with a TRO.  She also has given local control back to the district along with declaring that no Defendant should suffer financial harm due to the TRO.  We are encouraging the board to uphold their original 7-0 vote to make mask optional.  We now know that cloth masks do nothing.  Every child is eligible to get vaccinated and still wear a mask.  It is time to let our children get back to normalcy.
