We, the undersigned citizens and property owners of Rockport, Massachusetts hereby petition the town to discontinue outsourcing the administration of the Transfer Station and Beach/Parking sticker programs. We request that stickers be made available at Town Hall as they have been in the past. Should the town wish to supplement this on-site program with an online option, that would be acceptable, however, in person at Town Hall should be the primary method for doing so.
