On March 18, 2015 The Board of Regents of Georgia approved changes to Policy 7.3.4.1 {Out-of-State-Tuition-Waivers}.

Effective Fall 2015 Policy 7.3.4.1 will allow students who reside in Alabama, South Carolina, and Florida to pay IN-STATE TUITION Rates at colleges located in South GA. The Board of Regents approved this measure in hopes of increasing student enrollment at colleges in South Georgia.  

Despite currently living and paying taxes to the state of Georgia, Deferred Action {DACA} students have been excluded from this policy change. Georgia DACA students will continue to be required to pay out of state tuition rates.

2.) Call the Board of Regents and tell them why you support In-State Tuition for Georgia DACA students!
