We, the undersigned, Shareholders and Customers of the Brattleboro Food Co-op, support the staff in their decision to join with the United Food & Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 1459 to bargain collectively to improve working conditions. We want our Co-op to live up to its principles, especially regarding the treatment of staff. We urge our elected Board of Directors and the Co-op management to respect their rights and voluntarily recognize the Union without delay.
