RESIDENTS OF NORTH NAPLE ARE ASKING THE BOARD OF COLLIER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS NOT TO RE-OPEN THE COCOHATCHEE PUD AND STAND BY THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT.

We the undersigned oppose and object to re-opening the Settlement Agreement made and entered into on the 9th day of June, 2008 by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida (the “County”) and Lodge Abbott Associates, LLC (“Lodge”).

We oppose and object to any change in the zoning and of the property, the subject of the agreement referred to as Cocohatchee Bay, PUD.
