I bought a car good faith and take care of it. The Mini Cooper I purchased has a defective airbag asssembly. MiniUSA refuses to repair the part that has needed to be replaced four previous times for the same defect. Now they say it's "cosmetic". It's right in the middle of my steering wheel. If my airbag was to deploy, there is a good chance that a sharp piece of metal that is sticking out willl cause me injury. If I remove it, I lose any warranty I still have, but the item is still under warranty and they refuse to replace it.  There are many other Mini owners with the same problem and MiniUSA has done the same thing to them.  They refuse to acknowledge the problem, despite knowing the design is deficiient.  Please join me in stopping big corporations from bullying Americans!
