We providers at BMG voted overwhelmingly for change, for transparency, and for representation by membership to the union. We did not vote haphazardly by coercion with the promise of free legal counsel as Banner's objection states.

We stand together now more than ever to demand that Banner respect our legal rights to unionization and recognize the union, so that we can move forward with the positive changes in our work conditions and patient care which lead us to unionize in the first place.

The signatures below are proof that we are united and will remain so until we reach an agreement with BMG for a clinician-led collective bargaining agreement.
