The Sea Life Aquarium at the Mall of America has a touch tank (Pacific Northwest Rockpool) containing sea stars, anemones, stingrays, along with other animals, some of which are taken from the wild and forced to live in these inhumane conditions. 

Touch tanks in aquariums like these are incredibly harmful to the animals forced to reside in them. Animals put in these touch tanks are subject to foreign bacteria along with a stressful and confined environment. Sea Life is meant to provide education, and these tanks add little or no educational value to the aquarium. There is no reason for these animals to live in these conditions.
