The Issue

BLOCKDAG MUST HONOR ITS BUYBACK AGREEMENTS — PAY INVESTORS THE USDT THEY WERE PROMISED
This is a formal public demand for BlockDAG to honor its financial commitments, fulfill both buyback agreements, and pay affected investors the USDT owed under the original terms.

BlockDAG entered into financial arrangements with investors involving specific buyback programs, advertised payment terms, and established deadlines.

Investors committed real money based on those representations.

The September 1, 2026 Legacy Buyback deadline passed. The October 1, 2026 Buyback deadline passed. Investors are still reporting that they have not received the USDT they were promised.

BlockDAG cannot simply disregard those commitments, change the terms after the fact, or replace the promised payments with newly created cryptocurrency.

THE AGREEMENTS MUST BE HONORED. THE USDT MUST BE PAID.

TWO BUYBACK PROGRAMS — TWO UNFULFILLED COMMITMENTS
1. Legacy Buyback Program — September 1, 2026
BlockDAG advertised its Legacy Buyback Program with financial terms and a September 1, 2026 payment commitment.

Investors who qualified under that program are entitled to demand performance according to the original terms.

That deadline has passed.

We demand that BlockDAG fulfill the Legacy Buyback obligations in the originally promised USDT, without unilateral substitutions, reductions, or additional conditions.

2. Buyback Program — October 1, 2026 — Advertised $0.05 Terms
BlockDAG also promoted a separate buyback arrangement involving an advertised price of $0.05 per BDAG, including applicable promotional eligibility requirements.

The October 1, 2026 payment deadline has passed.

We demand that BlockDAG honor the original $0.05 buyback terms for every qualifying investor, including all applicable promotional commitments, and pay the resulting amounts in USDT.

BlockDAG must not retroactively replace the agreed pricing, impose a different valuation, or substitute another cryptocurrency for the promised USDT payments.

Investors agreed to specific financial terms. BlockDAG must perform according to those terms.

BDAGUSD IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE FOR THE USDT OWED
BlockDAG has introduced another cryptocurrency called BDAGUSD, promoted with an anticipated value of $1 per token.

But declaring that a newly created token is worth $1 does not establish that it has $1 in real, redeemable value.

No independently verified dollar reserves, guaranteed dollar redemption mechanism, or sufficient external market liquidity have been established in the evidence presented to investors.

A token that BlockDAG creates, prices internally, and distributes in place of USDT is not equivalent to payment in actual USDT.

Without genuine liquidity or enforceable redemption rights, investors could be left holding cryptocurrency that cannot be converted into the money they were promised.

That is not fulfillment of a buyback agreement.

We reject any attempt to replace the promised USDT with BDAGUSD, newly issued BDAG, or another cryptocurrency without the express agreement of the affected investor.

Investors did not agree to accept a newly created token of unverified value as payment for their original financial commitments.

BlockDAG must not treat an internally assigned token valuation as proof that its financial obligations have been satisfied.

Issuing tokens is not the same as paying the money owed.

BLOCKDAG MUST ANSWER FOR ITS FAILURE TO PAY
BlockDAG's leadership must provide direct, documented answers:

Why were the September 1 and October 1 payment commitments not fulfilled?

Where are the funds designated to satisfy the buyback obligations?

Why are new cryptocurrency offerings being promoted while previously advertised USDT obligations remain outstanding?

What independently verified assets support the claimed $1 valuation of BDAGUSD?

Who authorized any proposed replacement of USDT payments with newly created tokens, and under what provision of the original agreements?

On what date will every eligible investor receive the full amount of USDT owed?

These questions require substantive answers supported by financial records, original program terms, and verifiable blockchain transactions.

Additional promises, revised deadlines, and dashboard announcements are not payment.

OUR FORMAL DEMANDS
We, the undersigned, demand that BlockDAG and its responsible leadership:

Immediately honor the September 1, 2026 Legacy Buyback commitments and pay all qualifying outstanding obligations in USDT under the original agreed terms.
Immediately honor the October 1, 2026 Buyback commitments, including the advertised $0.05 buyback price and applicable promotional conditions for qualifying investors.
Transfer the full USDT amounts owed directly to investors' designated receiving wallets. Provide transaction hashes confirming completed payments.
Cease treating newly created cryptocurrencies as substitutes for outstanding USDT obligations unless an individual investor has expressly agreed to a lawful modification of the original payment arrangement.
Provide a complete accounting of all unpaid buyback obligations, including the number of affected investors, amounts owed, payments completed, and remaining liabilities.
Disclose independently verifiable evidence supporting BDAGUSD's advertised valuation, including reserves, redemption arrangements, and actual liquidity.
Provide written acknowledgment of the outstanding obligations and a definitive payment schedule, without imposing new conditions or reducing the amounts owed under the original agreements.
FAILURE TO PAY WILL LEAD TO FURTHER ACCOUNTABILITY ACTIONS
This petition is a public demand for performance of BlockDAG's existing obligations.

We are not requesting new promotional offers, replacement tokens, additional bonuses, or another opportunity to invest.

We are demanding fulfillment of the original agreements.

Continued failure to honor these commitments may result in coordinated action by affected investors, including civil claims, complaints to financial regulators, referrals to law enforcement authorities, and requests for investigation into possible fraud, misrepresentation, and other violations of applicable law.

Where evidence establishes that investors were induced to provide funds through materially false representations or deliberate deception, the conduct may carry consequences beyond ordinary contractual liability.

The fact that cryptocurrency transactions cross international borders does not automatically eliminate contractual obligations or protection under applicable laws.

We call upon the appropriate authorities to examine the original representations, financial commitments, payment records, and subsequent conduct.

We reserve the right to pursue all available lawful remedies to recover the amounts owed.

THIS IS ABOUT REAL PEOPLE AND REAL MONEY
Behind these unpaid commitments are investors who trusted BlockDAG's representations.

Some invested savings accumulated over many years. Others made financial decisions based on the advertised buyback terms and payment deadlines.

People have families to support, mortgages to pay, medical expenses, and financial responsibilities.

They cannot pay those obligations with a cryptocurrency that has been assigned an unverified value.

Investors provided real money. BlockDAG promised USDT. BlockDAG must deliver the USDT.

No investor should be pressured to accept an unverified substitute token or surrender contractual rights simply because the original payment deadlines have passed.

TO EVERY BLOCKDAG INVESTOR AND SUPPORTER
This petition is intended to unite investors affected by BlockDAG's outstanding buyback commitments and everyone who believes financial agreements must be honored.

We call on investors, consumer protection advocates, journalists, cryptocurrency industry participants, and regulatory authorities to demand accountability.

Sign this petition. Share it widely. Make the outstanding obligations impossible to ignore.

OUR MESSAGE TO BLOCKDAG LEADERSHIP
You advertised the buyback programs.

You established the payment terms.

You announced the deadlines.

Investors relied upon those commitments.

September 1 has passed. October 1 has passed. The promised USDT remains unpaid to affected investors.

Creating BDAGUSD or any other cryptocurrency does not, by itself, discharge the original obligations.

Honor the Legacy Buyback. Honor the $0.05 Buyback Program. Pay every qualifying investor the full USDT owed under the original agreements.

NO SUBSTITUTE TOKENS. NO UNILATERAL REDUCTIONS. NO MORE BROKEN PAYMENT DEADLINES.

PAY THE USDT YOU PROMISED.

This petition demands fulfillment of the original agreements and lawful accountability. Determinations of criminal wrongdoing remain the responsibility of the appropriate authorities.
