The Dispatch article states this proposed center would “potentially add up to 30 megawatts and 20,000 gallons of water usage to the Starkville Utilities system.” This is another stereotypical mining center located in a rural, underprivileged city. Spruill has no right to infringe on Starkville’s already burdened utilities and land.
