As a member of the WoW RP and PVP community, we would really appreciate it if you made this item a cosmetic item.

In the last PTR build it was considered a transmog item for Cloth Users but it has been removed again. Please make it a cosmetic item, the community would really enjoy it :)

You can see people would really like to see this happen from even the comment section in Wowhead.

Legion has a lot of positive changes to the game, and we feel this could be among one of the many that could make people keep loving the game, and feel like blizzard communicates with it's community.
